Visit www.co.orange.nc.us and click on "What's New" to access the revaluation of your property.  If you have a concern about the new valuation, you should print the "Input/Review Forms" plus the instructions. Complete the form and drop off your documentation to support an accurate assessment at the new office located in the Gateway Center above Weaver Street Market in Hillsborough.Call the Orange County Tax Assessor's Office at 919-245-2100 with any questions.

2009 REVALUATION VALUES

• Orange County has new 2009 preliminary property valuations.
• These values are not final; all values are subject to change.
• Property owners may submit input through March 31, 2009.
• Newly created parcels and 2008 new construction project values may not yet be reflected in the valuations.
• The official revaluation notices will be mailed in early January 2009.
